Our team has extensive project management experience of delivering dentistries, laboratories, clean rooms and medical centres. The projects were refurbishments and fit out in nature, upgrading existing facilities, converting existing spaces into a medical facility. These projects have been challenging because they require working in a live environment, however our team has a solid understanding of stakeholder management and due diligence to avoid costly and time consuming setbacks.
Industrial
We project managed conversion of existing vacant industrial unit into a fully operational warehouse for a retail Client. This incuded refurbishing an existing building into new offices. We were invloved right at the beginning, understanding the Client's brief and managing the multi disciplinary team. We managed the construction phase, ensuring the project was completed on time as agreed and managed the Client's move from the existing facility into the new premises. We have also managed the conversion of an existing space into a waste logistic facility
Commercial
Our team has managed high value commercial projects in and around Manchester. The team managed the external envelop on the Neo building in Manchester city centre. Members of the team managed conversion of space into offices at Alderley Park and managed the construction of CityLabs 1.0. This was a challenging project, it consisted of constructing a brand new multi storey and creating a bridge to link with the former royal eye hospital grade 2 listed existing building which was refurbished to modern standards for education purposes.
